Shipping and Returns

What to expect from Zahara delivery and returns, subject to final launch terms.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, charges, estimated delivery windows, and any duties or taxes will be shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and weather.

Order support

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact support@zahara.com with your order number and photos as soon as practical.

Returns

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the final launch policy and local consumer law. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products may not be resalable.

Before launch

This starter policy is not a substitute for final shipping, returns, refund, and consumer-rights terms. Zahara will publish the final policy before accepting paid orders.
